As a manager, he strikes that finely tuned balance between exacting standards and conscientious servant-leadership, inspiring admiration and forming near-instant cohesiveness among team members. He makes it a point to regularly connect with all company employees at every level, maintaining a clear picture of where there may be needs which he can meet—even above and beyond his own duties. He selflessly gives of his time and talents, while consistently providing top-notch quality work of his own. To say Daniel is the glue that holds this company together might be thought an overstatement, but as I am disinclined to hyperbole, I can confidently assert this to be the case.
